Order Preparation
Every Kolorowy Wiatr necklace is prepared with care and attention to detail and carefully packaged before shipping.
Orders for products available in the store are usually prepared within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.
For custom orders, the completion time is agreed individually before work on the project begins.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, a tracking number.
Delivery within Poland
Orders are shipped using selected courier services and can be delivered to pickup points and parcel lockers, depending on the available delivery methods.
Available delivery options and their prices are shown during checkout.
The estimated delivery time depends on the selected carrier and does not include the time required to prepare your order.
International Delivery
We also plan to offer international shipping in the future.
Available countries, delivery methods, and shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
For international shipments, delivery may take longer than for domestic shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the order total unless otherwise stated for a particular product or during checkout.
The current prices for each delivery method are always displayed before you confirm your order.
Delays and Delivery Issues

We will do our best to clarify the situation with the carrier as quickly as possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the product and contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to handle the issue efficiently.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

If your parcel has already been shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
